Privacy Policy

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, pin code, any note you add, and your email address if you give one.
• When you write a review: the name you choose to display and what you write.
• When you sign up for our newsletter or send us a message: your email address and the message itself.

We do not collect payment information. Orders are Cash on Delivery, so no card or bank details ever pass through this website.

• To pack your order and get it delivered to the right address.
• To contact you about your order — a delivery question, a delay, or a problem with an item.
• To let you look your order up later on the Track your order page.
• To reply to messages you send us, and to send harvest updates if you asked for them.

Only our courier partners, and only the details they need to deliver your parcel: your name, address, pin code and phone number. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your shopping cart and your favourites are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. That information stays on your device — it is not an account and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and for any warranty or return question that may come up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.

• You can ask us what information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete your details, or to remove a review you posted.
• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by replying and asking.

This site is served over an encrypted connection and order data is stored in a hosted database that only we can reach. No system is perfect, but we keep what we collect to a minimum precisely so there is less to protect.
