Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. We are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and ship through reputed courier partners. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

• Orders of ₹500 and above: free delivery, anywhere in India.
• Orders below ₹500: a flat delivery charge of ₹49.
• The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday).
• Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Metro cities are typically quicker; remote pin codes may take a little longer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You can see it any time on the Track your order page using your order number and the phone number you ordered with. We will also message you on WhatsApp if you send us your order details after checkout.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only — you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Online payment by UPI and card is coming soon.

• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — most failed deliveries are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable number.
• Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us.
• If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. A repeat delivery charge may apply.
• Delays caused by weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control are unfortunately not something we can guarantee against, though we will always help you follow it up.
